To participate in the program, individuals register with Lake Country Caring and renew every six (6) months. As of 2009, there were approximately 1400 families registered. Clients are allowed two (2) visits per month and must live in Waukesha, Washington, Dodge or Jefferson counties.
To register, clients MUST show a valid US drivers license or US Photo I.D. and bring in one piece of US Postal Service mail — less than sixty (60) days from postmark, addressed to recipient to verify current address.
Example: Utility (gas, water, electric), cell phone, lease, cable, or credit card. No personal mail accepted.
**No cell phones are allowed in the building.**
